Frequently asked questions

Here are some answers to some of the most common questions I get asked.

Sessions are usually an hour long over video call. You can choose to turn your camera off or speak over the phone if you prefer. I do not currently offer in person sessions.

In our sessions we will get curious about your experiences and I will guide you in working with your sensations, emotions, thoughts and actions to reconnect your mind and body. I will offer tools and techniques as well as my observations and experiences of having worked with many people suffering with chronic illness or feeling disconnected. The number of sessions needed varies for each person but is often around 8-12. Could be fewer, could be more. We are all different and I will tailor the process to your needs.

I offer a concessionary rate for people from marginalised communities (e.g. LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, lower socio-economic status etc) and people involved in social change work who are struggling financially, so if you identify with any of these then please ask me about this when you get in touch. Equally if you are financially stable and want to help support others access MBR then please ask about my rebalancing rate.

Reconnecting the mind and body can support the body to heal whatever you are experiencing, but you should always consult a doctor about your symptoms before coming to me. Coaching should not be used in place of necessary support from a mental health or medical professional.

Yes! Absolutely. I have experience of working with a diverse range of people and I aim to be a safe space for all.
